Optiiimum was founded by Jozeph Ezzat — a marketer who'd already done the hardest thing in the field: build one of MENA's largest personal brands from zero, and turn that audience into a 40,000-student academy. The agency was the next, inevitable step.

What Jozeph saw, working with brand after brand, was a recurring failure mode. Talented teams executing hard, on the wrong things. Beautiful content with no distribution thesis. Performance budgets without funnel logic. Founders posting daily into a void that was never going to compound. The problem wasn't effort; it was the absence of a system.

So we built one. Optiiimum is structured around five capabilities — strategy, content, creative, performance, and growth systems — that operate as one machine, not a menu. A client engagement starts with a thesis, gets translated into a content architecture, gets fed by a paid-media engine, and produces a measurable outcome the team is accountable for.

From our headquarters across Alexandria, Cairo, and Dubai, we work with founders, doctors, educators, ed-tech operators, and consumer brands across Egypt, the Gulf, Europe, Canada, and the United States. Twenty-five in-house specialists across seven departments — no critical path is outsourced.

أسس جوزيف عزت أوبتيموم بعد ما عمل أصعب حاجة في المجال: بنى من الصفر واحد من أكبر البراندات الشخصية في مينا، وحوّل الجمهور ده لأكاديمية فيها أكتر من ٢٥ ألف طالب. الوكالة كانت الخطوة الطبيعية اللي بعدها.

اللي شافه جوزيف وهو بيشتغل مع براند ورا براند كان نمط متكرر. فرق موهوبة بتجتهد في حاجات غلط. محتوى جميل من غير خطة توزيع. ميزانيات إعلانية من غير منطق فانل. مؤسسين بينشروا كل يوم في فراغ مش هيتراكم. المشكلة مكانتش في الاجتهاد، المشكلة كانت في غياب النظام.

فبنينا واحد. أوبتيموم متبني حوالين خمس قدرات — الاستراتيجية، المحتوى، الإبداع، الأداء، وأنظمة النمو — كلها بتشتغل كماكينة واحدة مش قائمة خدمات منفصلة. أي تعاون بيبدأ بفرضية واضحة، بتتحوّل لمعمار محتوى، وبتغذيها ميديا أداء، وبتطلع نتيجة مقاسة الفريق مسؤول عنها.
